 GovernorAmbode reacts to Sanwo-Olus victory in Lagos StateLagos state Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode has expressed his excitement over the victory of the APC flag bearer at the just concluded gubernatorial elections in the state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu who was declared the Governor-Elect after defeating his PDP counterpart, Jimi Agbaje in a landslide victory.  Governor Akinwunmi Ambode who lost the party ticket to Sanwo-Olu last October expressed his heartfelt excitement over the party’s victory at the polls.   The Governor wrote, ‘hearty congratulations to the Lagos State Governor-Elect, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Deputy Governor-elect, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat. This is a victory for continuity in governance, victory for the APC and victory for all Lagosians. I wish them a successful term in office’.
